Dear Serbian brothers, Georgians always will be together with you! because of, you & we, were fighting and will fight in future to defence our ORTHODOX CHURCH!

Nikolas, Georgia's natural partner is not the US and NATO. It should look after its own interests instead of selling out to organisations of the unwilling.

Not recognising Kosovo is certainly a step forward but it has other, more important issues to resolve.

However, I do have faith and I can see that the US/EU will not only lose Serbia but eventually Georgia too. All that for 1.8 million Albanians - oh well, they were warned and that's why we have international laws.

Looking at the Serbian churches that are found in Kosovo I realise that this is the one thing that is worth fighting for.

Of course Georgia won't recognize it. Their territory is being eaten everyday by Russian forces. In the near future Georgia's land area will be close to half of what it is right now.

Just yesterday their president begged the EU for help against Russian intentions. So Georgia's no recognition of Kosovo doesn't mean that it's being loyal to it Serb "brothers", it just means that Georgia is trying to survive.

Under the UN cease-fire agreement of 1994, Russian peace keepers can legally be increased to a maximum of 3,000. Thus there is absolutely nothing illegal in the Russian actions.

As for the Georgians, under the UN agreement, they have to file a flight plan in advance with the UN with regards to S.Ossetia & S.Abkhazia. The last uav was shot down on a saturday. The georgian government notified the UN of the uav flight the following day.

The churches that you are talking about in my time where nothing but TURIST ATTRACTION. As a kid I used to go to summer camp( year 1970-74)nearMonastery and all you could see is turists taking pictures, but did not see any Serb praying.

And irrsponsable as you are by pushing the separation of the north of Kosova you will destabilie Macedonia- the precedent will be set why 100K k- serbs in 2m kosova can and 700K alabanians in 2m Macedonia cannot? or 200K albanians in south serbia?

Whe you will ask this kind of questions the international community will declare you as 'factor f stability' in the region, since you don't you are considered as destabilizing factor in the region.

Georgia is in very much the same position as Serbia: a great power is grabbing at its territory, propping up mini-states of questionable legitimacy that engage in "ethnic cleansing."
And, just as Russia will sell Serbia down the road when it stops being a useful stick to beat the West with, so will the US sell Georgia.
Why are so many of you so eager to become the newest oblast' of Russia? Gazprom-Russia, Belarus, and an SRS Serbia -- a new Holy Alliance!
For all its shortcomings, and they are many, the EU doesn't force its member states to toe any particular political line. You might want to consider that.

That's why Ossetians and Abkhasians to be much better warrior break away. And whatever you say there's no force to turn them back. They have 1000 times more rights for their independence than the UCK Albanians.

I watched on day presient of Georgia on MSNBC, and this guy is smart, but with comments like this it make me think that these words are not comming from his mouth. I guess he has no options for now just to say something like that, he is trying ot protect his own country where there are two territories who are trying to breakaway from Georgia. The diference is that Kosovo is already "broken away" from Serbia and territories on Georgia are not.
