"The authorities said that several loads of cluster bombs were dropped in the area between the city's university, market place and hospital. During the NATO bombing campaign against Serbia, Niš was attacked with 324 bombs and missiles. 55 civilians, police officers and soldiers lost their lives."

Hopefully my Albanian friends - whose independence, as they know, I fully support - will take a look at a map. Find where Nis is, and explain how you think cluster bombing around hospitals, markets and universities may have contributed to helping the 800,000 Albanians way south of there who were being expelled by the untouched Serbian tanks and artillery.

Dragan, I'm sure you already know but for the readers who do not: the reason why Albright, Clark, Solana, Blair, Clinton, Ceku, Thaci et al are not before the Tribunal is because they do not belong in the Hague.

You see,The Hague is not interested in justice. It is interested in rewriting Balkan History. The fact is that the Hague is where Scapegoats and a few token bad men go when the wars end and the west needs someone to blame.

A wonderful example of 'humanitarian bombing' and hitting 'military targets'. So can someome please explain to me why Albright, Wesley Clark, Solana, and the rest of their criminal gang (Tadic's friends)are not in the Hague for this?
