Of course UNMIK wanted to provoke violence. Why on earth else would they choose March 17???

probably they choose that day, because next morning minister Samardzic was announced to go inside the building? sorry, but the hero - and all of them were waiting for this act - he came too late, because he had to climb up carrier ladder in his party.

I think, you are right, people which were illegally on that weekend, they should have thrown out already two days earlier, then your question would be absolutely obsolete. and people outside were called by people inside, this was the organized provokation you are talking about. please don't forget, this action cost a man his life. why do Serbs always forget or ignore "the other side"?

"Let's hope these investigators find the truth about who did what ..." (Tallinn, 2 May 2008 16:20)

Tallinn means with "sho did what: also: to find the killer of the police man. this man is still free, isn't he?

I am not worried, Isufi. Positively establishing who ordered the raid and why , is important. The protestors, as I said earlier, were behaving in a very civilized manner. Why the need to forcibly remove these people from the building? It is very unfortunate as to what ensued while the protestors were being led away. Did UNMIK think that Serbs would stand idly by while an injustice was being perpetrated on them on their own soil? Please don't be so quick to accuse one side so quickly. I understand that your hatred dictates the way you see things but, things are seldom as cut and dry as you think.

Tallinin, yes it is very true that so called your judicial workers behaved and aslo it is clearly seen in camera footige that was recorded that these guys came out peacfully as well UNMIK Police behaved peacfully, but you keep forgeting who started throwing hand grenades and molotov coctails at UNMIK Police and KFOR.Don't you worry there is a plenty evidence who did what and is all on tape.

Jovanovic was vague about his statement, giving no specifics. Maybe he meant that the investigation would biased. Let's hope these investigators find the truth about who did what, and who ordered the raid in the first place and for what reason. As far as I know, the protesting judicial workers were behaving in a very peaceful manner.

Remember months ago when, as I remember, Jovanovic criticized the “demand” from Kostunica to UNMIK to investigate about March 17 unrest? He said “you don’t really want that, because some in Serbia will not like the outcome”.
