You are wrong about that. The same court, the war crimes chamber of the Court of BiH, has already tried and convicted a number suspects for war crimes in which the victims were Serbs.

They received heavy sentences.

All victims, regardless of their ethnicity, deserve justice. All those who are responsible for torture, killings, rape or other criminal acts should be arrested and put on trial. If they are found guilty, they deserve to the severest punishment the law allows. That includes the small-time war crimes suspects as well as the big names. The time has come for all of them to face justice -- "ours" as well as "theirs":

If you kill Serbian women and children, like Nasir Oric did en masse (he even bragged about this), then you get virtually nothing. Nasir Oric is now running a disco club in Tuzla.
If you are Haradinaj, you are allowed to kill all your witnesses off and then get off scot free.
If you are Vojislav Seselj, who has never even fired a shot at the enemy, and only said some things that the US and their imperialist lapdogs don't like, then you have to sit in a jail cell for 5 years before your trial even begins!
This kangaroo court has absolutely nothing, and I mean NOTHING to do with truth adn justice. It is a political court designed to demonize and help destroy Serbia so the vultures like Solana and Eurocrats can swoop in exploit the country to the fullest.
