"smile"; You of all people should know by now that the Serbs' glory days are over and by the time everyone is finished , you might what to consider yourself lucky, if anything is left. Then we will see who has THAT last smile on their face.

smile,
The word rahmetli is Turkish and is used when person dies.I am alive and kicking hard along with Kosova new state.
As far as local elections for K-Serbs are null and void before it even takes place. Have you not heard what UNMIK and Kosova Govermant said about that? I let you do some reaserch on that issue.

Ahmet Isufi, why should there be a party just for Kosovo Serbs? They are not an ethnic minority in Serbia so any "Kosovo Serb" party would have to get above 5% to elect any members of the assembly. There is plenty of choice for all the electorate. More than I have here in the UK local elections today! They are looking towards Belgrade as that is the capital city of the country they are citizens of. Hardly surprising.

Out of 22 parties. coalition, movements i do not see any party from K-Serbs. I am assuming that K-Serbs are used as pawns in this election. Than again, good for them because they keep looking towards Belgrade rather than Kosova. What you ask for that is what you get, left out on the cold.
