I find it painfully laughable that the governing force, of this so called peaceful kosovar population, which has strong ties to the KLA, has been able to state that all minorities will be treated well, and safely within a new Kosovo, while allowing the KLA to make such claims as to disallow the local and external serbia peoples the right, a right that they are claiming exists, to visit historical and religious landmarks. This government cannot even control the words of their terrorist organization backings, let alone attempt to control their actions if it came to it.
This seems like a rather clear statement, the Kosovo will not be a healthy multi ethnic state. However the irony is that Serbia is a much healthier multiethnic state, with reported numbers of upwards of 50000 ethnic Albanias living within Belgrade. In Kosovo, Serbian are driven out, are not allowed to visit historical sites. In Belgrade Albanians, and Kosovars live peacfully. In Kosovo, the Goran Peoples, a small ethnic minority are being quietly driven out or simply forced to melt into the pot.
When a government cannot even come close to ensuring the legitimacy of it's crowning promises, then what kind of goverment is it?
The only answer that I can see is that it is happily acting puppet to an American/Western interest group.

What a load of hogwash. All this anti-terrorism talk has allowed the Western governments to impede on the civil rights of ordinary citizens.

So what's this "Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism and bilateral Weapons of Mass Destruction Agreement"? Big but meaningless words designed only to scare the ignorant to allow the US to retain its grip on power. Well, it's not working and the wiser and emerging powers are resisting this nonsense. They all know who the real terrorists are in this world!

The recent actions of the US and NATO have caused more devastation and destruction to this world than any "terrorist" group could do in a millennium and the US has no problem flinging with real terrorists when it suits them, KLA included.

Serbia should steer well clear of this nonsense and tell the US to keep its fairy land policies right where they belong, in fairy land.

Kosovo, which the State Department treats as a separate country -

Today, for the first time in post WW2 era, The State Dept. has become the 'arbitary' creator of new nations by carving out pieces from old, established borders...

Well, a precedent has been set, therefore consequences shall follow too...
