That's a good idea: move UNMIK to NYC and leave only a small UN office in Prishtina, as many other countries do have. They can keep themselves busy by clipping newspaper articles from Prishtina and mailing them in NY.
EULEX is not needed, and can be scrapped even without starting. It has many legal problems, Serbs do not want it and Albanians only agreed to it as part of a whole deal that now is only being implemented partially.
KFOR on the other hand can stay and the countries that have problems recognizing Kosova can excuse themselves out of our country.

“The international officials that Express spoke to said that UNMIK reconfiguration would commence once the new Kosovo constitution comes into force on June 15.”

It is about time my Serbian friends, it is about time.
Everything will be in the own place when a strong democratic independent Kosovo will stand on its own feet and with fully integration to NATO and EU, Kosovo will be a sunshine light for peace and prosperity for all region, leaving behind the bitterness of the past and looking forward without forgetting the numerous brutal crimes committed by Serbs in Kosovo and without forgetting thousands of missing and killed in Kosovo by Serbian army.

You know what they say, ignorance is bliss. And I think anyone can rest their case on Makss' text. ;o)

Hi Maks

Enjoy!

.... and Serbia is reserving the right to replace the temporary UDI and to take back its territory at some time in the future, so don't get too comfortable....
