It is difficult to take seriously the State of Serbia, as it is, on reading what her ex-President of 'Skupstina' had to say:

- signing the SAA, Serbia would become an associate EU member, and that in "future", by "meeting undertaken commitments" and "changing society", she would be able to "defend her national interests", retain her "dignity", and give her citizens a "better life" -

Hilarious isn't it? by simply signing their capitulation, the Serbs would be able to to defend their National Interest ( in some misterious way to be defined later?),retain their "dignity" (really, which one?), for that, of course, they are expected to change their society which, apparently, isn't dignified correctly, meeting her commitments (a code word for perpetual servitude, if there ever was one) etc ..etc ,all the goodies waiting for you Serbs- just sign. (If you don't get the details ,call Tadic). Never mind you've been cheated before, this time, we really mean it.
Doesn't this remind one of the stipulations of a contract between a Master and his Servant?
Notice,also, a truly Orwellian lingo:
Humilliation is Dignity,Servitude is Freedom,
National Interest is Losing part of the Nation, Good News is a Lie, etc.
Dulic would be an excellent, Orwell's, 'Minister of Truth'.

Here is the solution to make everybody happy. When the SAA is offered for signing the Serb side brings a sheet of paper which says that Kosovo is legally forever part of Serbia and EU membership has nothing to do with Kosovo from now until eternity..The Serbs STAPLE the sheet to the front of the SAA so it serves as the first page then go ahead and sign the agreement. Is this simple enough for everybody to understand?

What good news? The sham objection is withdrawn? Desperate EU, want this signed. What better reason not to sign. If things are played cool, I would expect better conditions to be offered to the Radicals.
Think about it. Haven't any of you cheapskates watched a vendor squirm as you make him a ridiculous offer? An offer he cannot accept, but is close enough to make a deal?

Mr. Dulic (or B92?) forgot to report the whole thing: the SAA with Serbia will not be signed before 16th of June 2008 - in case condititions could be fulfilled earlier.

what means: Kosovo is going to have a legal constitution on the run, before Serbia is able to sign the SAA. just in case it has an government willig to sign at that day. that's the point ...

“That’s good news for Serbia if it happens, and if Serbia can access the benefits of the agreement immediately,” said Dulić. -

Whats the good news...?
Are these countries reversing their recognition of Kosovo?

Thats the only good news Serbians want to hear right now...!
