So Ruecker, why aren't you organising election if it is UNMIKs responsibility? Sorry, why? Oh, because your US/German masters have told you not to - so they can claim the elections are invalid (assuming SRS come to power)? Of course!

Also, who are the "International Community"? The US, UK, Germany and NATO? Is that right? Just like the International Steering Group consisting of NATO members only.

Well, I have just created the "International Decision Group" in my back shed and witnessed by my two cats plus a squirrel in a nearby tree. After some consultation, we have may a decision that you are irrelevant just like your "International Community" and "International Steering Group" because my "International Decision Group" overrides all of your opinions.

Honestly I wouldn't care what Ruecker is saying. This man didn't do his job. Now is time for him to step down and shut up once and for all.

If the UN accepts elections for the UDI Albanians then it is going against the requirement for an autonomous government within the territorial integrity of Serbia.

It is not just a question of the UN being neutral on the issue of the UDI - the UN has to work within the terms of 1244 and other laws.

In my view the UN loses its right to say anything about Serb elections if it allows the UDI to function unchallenged.

There is an interim element to 1244 and parts of this have been fulfilled in the eyes of the US and a few others -this can also be interpreted as removing many of Serbia's onerous obligations in Kosovo.

Serbia should hold elections in Kosovo without anyone's permission other than that of the electorate who will vote.

What Rücker, who Rücker, where Rücker? Why not ask the goalkeeper of Hungarian ice hockey team? We achieved a wonder: group "A". The chances, anyone with the name "Rücker" has much to say about Kosovo are precisely as high as Hungarian hockey team beating 20:0 Russia or USA in the group "A".

On one hand he demands that Belgrade obey every letter of 1244, on the other hand he merrily refuses to overturn the Feb UDI even though it clearly contravened 1244!

Mr. Raucker. If you can pick and choose which parts of resulution 1244 to accept why can't Serbia?

Either res 1244 is upheld in it't entirety (i.e. illegal UDI overthrown) or none of it is upheld.
