Orthodox Serbs observe Good Friday

May i take the opportunity to wish Happy Easter to all
Christian Orthodox People.

I'm leaving for Romania for the weekend, so let me take this opportunity to wish all my Orthodox brethren a Blessed and Joyous Paschal Feast filled with Peace, Love, and Enlightenment.

2k years ago a Jewish man came to spread the message of peace to the world.Those who did not embrace His message crucified Him but this was prophesized.Shalom to all the Christian Orthodox people who believe in peace for the world.The human race needs your strength and conviction.

Happy Easter to my fellow Christians! I am Catholic, and when serving in Kos-Met with the US Army this time last year, I was on the grounds of Visoki Decani for easter. It was a beautiful liturgy! I continue to pray for peace and protection of my currently separated eastern brethren.

Prayers for a united Church once again, a joyous pascha, peace and security for the suffering Christians in Kos-Met!

I believe that your statement that the Julian calendar controls Orthodox Easter is in error. It is Jewish Passover according to the Jewish calendar that sets the date of Easter.
