A little comment about the price.
Why do some people think that price that Russians pay is too low? Only because the press say so? Are there many of them who can value the business and calculate the price?
I do not have economics background and even for me it is obvious that business is worth as much as it may earn in future. (and in no way you can value business based on how much you paid in past - e.g. based on the balance sheet value, especially when all value on the balance sheet appeared as a result of artificial revaluation - e.g. math exercise)
How much would NIS earn, say, in 2010, when Government will stop to support it and protect from competition?
NIS was ruined by Americans and the equipment is old, we have the worst fuel in Europe, and our fuel damage the envenvironment.
Will NIS be able to sell anything in a real market competition. No, they won't.
So they will not earn a dinar. That means NIS is worth ZERO without a proper reconstruction plan.
And Russians are happy to pay 400mln Euro for what is worth nothing, and invest 500mln in reconstruction, reconstruction, giving us more jobs and fresher air...
