This is rather unusual. Unusual in the sense that it is usually these official's who have left their post and express these views not whilst in their roles earning big $$$.

What will Joe and his anti-serbian, dream camp say:
"Who is this guy to repeat us the facts and true".
We don't like the facts and truth we hear every day. We have our imaginaire world and we want to live it - at least until last. But dream quick - you will awake faster than you think.
The more intelligent you are the faster awaking.

"I mean the Western international community. We have perhaps invested here in the worst way and we were not very careful with the money. Each time I take a look at the numbers, I notice that 80 percent of the investment was made in consultancy and capacity building but, practically speaking, we didn’t build any capacities", he said. "

You can imagine the discussion within teh inept Western 'International Comunity' of the unwilling;

"Quick lets create a fait acompli with illegal recognition that will definitltly stabilise - we are so clever imposing our solution and it wont have any consequences at all...

Whats that - we have already tried 2 months ago and its becoming a bigger self made disaster! Doh!!!"

Oh what a tangled web we weave...

"Or maybe the will accept such a situation only by force". You got that right.

Who is going to risk WW3 to force this situation on the Serbs?

it´s irrelevant what the K-albanians claim to be, Bob.

they perhaps truly believe to be the descendants of the illyrians...what makes them really a bunch of sad illusionists...but that´s "their" truth they are convinced of...

perhaps even Dr.Alban is of illyrian ancestry! you know.."what is love" la la la laaa la... :)

either way: lying or being hypocrite...the west has no future, they are losing grip and we will witness it, it won´t take 200 or 1000 years, like some albanian dreamer here had written...

it will happen much faster, and they will be the losers.

or, and that´s how I would put it: they will be winners, since they will realize that they are citizens of the Republic of Serbia.

but it needs time for them to overcome their nationalist illusions...

what is sad, in fact, is that the Albanians are being duped: they will have to bear the consequences of the western policy of creating trouble against international norms and laws.

then, they will all say, we have nothing to do with it... and the k-albanians will be left alone.

let´s just see what future brings.

The last paragraph is odd. By definition, Kosovo will never be a motherland for any ethnic Albanian - because the motherland of an Albanian is Albania.

Serbs claim Kosovo as both their motherland and as their cradle - more so than even the rest of the territory of Serbia. No Albanian can make that claim and not be a traitor to the real ethnic motherland of Albania.
