The EU believes that Bosnia signing the SAA would give a positive signal to the pro-European forces in Serbia ahead of May 11.

the only fact in this case is: Mladic is not there, where he belongs to. it does not matter, where he hides - all citizens of Serbia should let him know, where he should go, the message will receive him, where ever he might be - but the message must come loud and clearly from Serbia. Mladic is man enough, I think, if the message is clear enough.

In all reality the fact that Holland and the rest of the EU could sign SAA with BiH without the arrest of Karadzic or Mladic highlights the duplicitnous with which the EU acts given that there is just as much intelligence & probability that they are in eastern BiH!
The EU clearly have placed themve in a total quandary and are now pushing for Serbia to sign SAA but strangely believe they can influence the serbian electorate through blatant double standards!!!
