Because if Georgia is not allowed to fly into Abkhasia airspace, I very much doubt an Russian MiG is allowed there either.
There were 2 drones hit down by the Abkhasians. Both were built in Israel with their private numbers 551 and 553. Because the numbers were identified and Israel assumed their origin Georgia had nothing better to do but to change one lie for another. As you know they hoped that the drone had fallen down to the sea. But when the parts were found and identified the Georgians has changed their lie. For the first time they has confessed that the drone had belonged to them. But they started to insist on two new things :
1. That the drone had been shot down by the Russians but not the Abkhasians.
2. That the drone had been hit down in Georgian air but not in Abkhasian.
No matter if the film is real or it was combined few years ago it doesn’t change anything cause the Abkhasians has got two such planes and besides such flights in the conflict area are strongly forbidden by the UN Resolution.
There are reasons for anti-Russian activisation of Tbilisi. One is the starting Parliamental campaign with Saakashvili’s prospects as very pessimistic. Second is preparation for NATO summit this December to open the door for Georgia’s membership. Third is the General trend of the US to export problems to Russia.

- so the EU recognises the UN recognised soverign international borders (i.e. all of Serbia's border with Albania and FYRO Makedonia) with such an agreement and will allow it implement full and secure supervision of them ???
