The health minister thinks signing the SAA and further EU integration would help Serbian health care to adopt world standards in patient treatment faster .

This is only a half-truth, and therefore a lie. Yes, signing the SAA may improve certain health care standards, but for whom? The only people that will truly benefit will be those that can afford such standards. These "new standards" after all will not come free or cheap. Most of the Serbian populace will not be able to take advantage of this. As I said, this is just an illusion and a lie.
