What a waste of more Serb money.

Yea, great idea. Provide "potential evidence" AFTER the trial is over.

Haradinaj is free. All the evidence in the world won't put him before a judge ever again because he was acquitted once and for all.

Please Serbia, use your resources better. This is embarrassing.

Ehh.... No. Courts don't prove that you a not guilty or innocent of a given crime. They only judge if you are guilty or not.

Proving that someone is not guilty would mean that said person could never be charged with the same crime again. And that is certainly possible!

In most jurisdictions, this 2nd charge would occur as part of an appeal by the prosecution.

In Haradinaj's case, it is more likely that Serbian government will charge him under their own jurisdiction. If he was already proven to be not guilty, that would be quite silly to do so, don't you think?

This dosen't mean that the albanian did the same to the serbs because it have been proven that they diden't. Just because the state of Serbia killed civilians dosen't mean that the other side did so also.

Where is Radko en Karadziz ?? Cant you put more effort to that ? They are the biggest criminals in Europe but you won't help the prosecutor with that case. Strange don't you think ?

You have nothing on haradinaj because if you had you would have halp the prosecuter earlier when the time was right. The only thing you can and will do now is put forward false evidence. Haradinaj is not guilty and Europes biggest tribunal has made that clear.

UCK diden't kill inocent people because they were there to keep them safe from serbian military forces and MUP. Everuthing is clear on who killed civilians and who diden't. Not just in Kosovo but also in Slovenia,Croatia and Bosnia too.

Dear all,

Mr. Haradinaj is, you like or not, proved to be not guilty, and there was no need for his defense team to bring any witness/es. "Serbian prosecution [should have been] ready to help in Haradinaj case [from March 2005- March 2008] "

All in all, Serbia's stand vis-a-vis ICTY Haradinaj affair, including today's comment is very suitable script for Hollywood comical movie...

Cheers

Can I put forward a silly question?
Why did you not provide this material during the trial?
So, you deliberately let the “guilty” person be set free!
If this proof existed who decided to ignore it?
I personally believe that the person responsible for that action should answer.
If Serbia is so willing to assist with all the resources, how about capturing the infamous Mladic and Karadzic also?
