Serbia's foreign minister, Vuk Jeremic, has formally protested the establishment of an International Steering Group to oversee developments in Kosovo.
In a letter to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, Jeremic called the group "illegal" because it falls outside of the U.N. mandate in Kosovo.
Envoys from 15 nations that recognize Kosovo independence attended Thursday's inaugural session in Vienna of the group that is to guide Kosovo's democratic development.

The ISG is full of contradictions and double standards - they suggest that they have legitimacy in Serbia's province bassed on 1244 but then suggest
“maturity and decisiveness in building new institutions in the new country,”
- how perverse can they be in not seeing that such a statement is a flagrant undermining of the UN resolution that they believe gives them legitimacy?
Oh what a tangled web we weave and how in ones pockets can DS be they no longer see reality!

To all serbs:
''The group said it "supported the adoption of the new Kosovo constitution, which meets the highest standards in the filed of human rights and offers widespread protection to all communities that live in Kosovo, especially the Kosovo Serbs.” ''
