How can the KPS file criminal charges against anyone? Its not actually possible for an ilegal state I.e Bogus to interact with the law because their very existence defiese their means. It is quite comical however.

The destruction of the crossing points in north Kosovo was pre meditated, let’s not kid ourselves, this is Kosovo after all. As regards who is criminally responsible, is it those that attacked the checkpoints or those that allowed it to happen? The authorities in Pristina were aware of forthcoming events, even the KPS were aware well in advance. Again, who is responsible?
As for acts of terrorism, well one man’s terrorist is another’s freedom fighter, l would have thought KAlbanians would be familiar with that!

If any or all of these people are arrested, the Serbian government must support them to fight these charges to the highest court levels both locally and internationally.

When somthing like that is sposered by a group or state is actually called terrorism, but in this case is state sponsored terrorism since it was orchestrated/ordered from MUP in Belgrade.

So what about finding those that have burnt Serbian churches and houses? I have seen some videos with very identifyable faces and UN/NATO troops just observing.
Oh, I get it. You would probably have to arrest half the Albanian population and occupying forces in the province.
This article really is comical. Kosovo is full of crime but the KPS focus on arresting demonstrators. But then calling on international prosecutors just goes to prove the puppet entity Kosovo is.

A change of terrorism is a bit far farfetched. Just charge them with criminal damage. There is no need to romanticise criminals.
