Kosova, Who are you to tell the Serbs what they must do. Serbs don't have to do anything K-Albanians tell them. They are in their own country and are entitled to have a say how it is to run.

Kosovo is Serbian territory and no amount of we want it is going to make it yours. You only have a small number of countries supporting you and the UN is not on your side so don't jump the gun and start creating some agency you have no right to create.

It is Serbia who has more right to tell you how to run things than you have to tell Serbia. Unless and until there is a clear resolution from the UN giving you control of Kosovo please step back as you are breaking the law. But then, since when breaking the law has been a deterrant for you?

Shouldn't they solve the status of Kosovo before creating an army? Otherwise one can truly call it an illegal invasion of Serbian territory, which the West thinks it can put cream and a cherry on top of to make it seem something different.

Are they for real? There is still a long way to go before they can say that they are independent.

The status of Kosovo has not been firmly resolved and anything can still happen.

Since they live in the world of make belive perhaps they can recruit Jack Bauer to head their CTU.

Nehat: "Kosova will in no doubt be a secure home for all who are in favour the newly independent Kosova."

What about those who have the democratic right not to 'favour' recognising Kosovo (ie. the Serbian community)? Will their home become even less secure?

If only all of those bandwagon jumpers in the West could hear your version of 'democracy'.

Look, there's two simultaneous tracks being pursued here by the opposing parties: Kosovo is pushing ahead rapidly in devising security institutions that make the key ingredients of an independent state. This is the whats-happening-on-the-ground reality.

Serbia, on the other hand, continues to be engaged (seems its more than temporary electoneering) in further propelling its legal illusions, which do not go any further than a mere human imagination.

Now, you go figure who's the master of illusions here...

That roughly translates to 1 officer for every 1000 inhabitants of the republic. Going by respective percentages we will have a Serb company, to Roma squad and if we are lucky a Turk with binoculars. A lovely mini-reflection of society as a whole. That’s an improvement of the times when we had up to 60.000 soldiers trying to pacify the irredentists. How times have changed for the better.

whatever get you through the night, my kosovarians :) may the make-believe that kosovo is a state not turn into a nightmare. some creative eu writer somewhere figured, ok, what does a real country have? what can we throw them now to keep em quite and unaware? so they came up with this idea :) its good, it creates an illusion. keeps the masses pacified.
with kps being a joke it is, (and we like it:), general mini explained, kpc are moonlighting as terrorists, well, better luck with this bunch, eh :)
but i wonder. will any of these fine psychopaths described in this article make it to the ranks?

Jack

just to add to your post that not only Pablo Escobar had small private army but also Arkan, Milosevic, Mladic, Karadzhic, Adzic had the same unit too.

This will be the best day in Kosova since its independency. Kosova will in no doubt be a secure home for all who are in favour the newly independent Kosova.

Jack

pre 16 godina

Well why not.

Pablo Escobar had a small private army and a Intelligence/Counter-intelligence unit so why shouldn't Hashim Logo Thaci?

Mind you, isn't Kosovo Intelligence Unit an oxymoron?
