"Sue first, negotiate later"

Serbia’s legal adviser believes that Belgrade’s legal position would be enhanced by suing states that have recognized Kosovo’s unilateral independence.

Even if these negotiations get the green light I can't see how anything can be negotiated with Kosovo.

Kosovo is Serbia. How then can Serbia negotiate with itself?

Serbia can only negotiate with the UN not with Kosovo.

When someone robs you of something you take legal action against those who robbed you, so legal action would be the best way to go on this one.

My dear Mr. Fleiner, who are you going to sue? The Hague is owned and run by the US. Who is going to enforce the judgement, that is, if the US is ever found guilty? You are aware that they (US) do not respect any law. Don't you see by Carla De Ponte's new book that she was muzzled by the US to suppress the crimes committed against the Serbs. Sir, don't waste your time. The US only adheres to one law, and that's the law of military force.
