The UN Mission will continue to be present in Kosovo, but it will reconfigure its presence, an UNMIK spokesman says.

Lets see how it tries to reconfigure itself. I wouldn't be at all surpised if it somehow benefits the Albanians but it will need to tread carefully otherwise the whole region could get reignited.
But that could be the plan all along.

UNMIK should stay in Kosovo as long as its a Frozen conflict 'state'...i.e., unless its recognized by UN and Serbia itself accepts that recognition...
All other forces are 'illegal' unless given permission by the Serbian Govt...
