RIK approves OSCE monitors, talks to Duma reps

The Electoral Commission (RIK) gave late Friday an approval to the OSCE to monitor the May 11 vote.

If I understand you correctly the EU is not the free world. For you "free world" means most likely countries like Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, N-Korea. Depending on the outcome of your election there is a chance that you will join those countries of "free world" I just listed. Good luck to you.

Serbia should have the same restrictions against foreign interferance via NGOs and "rent-a-crowd"-groups like Russia and THEN invite, not only the €U watchdog OSCE, but mostly observers from the free world as well.
