If Serbs are allowed to vote than I should have the right to vote for Albanian's election in Kosova ---- I am reminded everyday that I'm Albania, even though I'm Kosovar-Bosnian.
This guy must have developed his diplomatic skills at the local daycare center. What a childish approach to a serious matter. If he feels that it's so important for him to prove that he is in charge, than he is definitely not in charge, and he knows it.
So Serbs in majority Serb areas have the right to vote, but Serbs in minority areas do not? What kind of twisted logic is this? If you have the right to vote, you have the right to vote, period.
The best way to deal with Ruecker is to just ignore him. He is irrelevant, and he will eventually go away.

What a climbdown by Ruecker after having claimed for 2 weeks that such elections will be illegal! Ban Kim Moon must have twisted his arm because he's desperate for Moscow not to veto a renewal of his UN post -- why else do you think Ban spent 3 days in Moscow? Now Ruecker's begging for a deferment of the election date on "technical" grounds. Its his and UNMIK's technical incompetency if you ask me!
