As if its not evident enough now, Global Order, The New World Order. Nations must realize that this "order" is meant to strip all constitutional rights, and re-create its own. People look around, its not about race, nationality or religion WE ARE HUMAN. Our differences were fabricated, we came from one, we must stop being used as tools, educate yourself. Government is currently in 'caretaker mode'. Not sure if it even can sign any SAA before election. Think decision will have to wait until after the election.
I personally think that doing so would be a mistake for Serbia. Not much point in doing so now - just become one of many with all the problems that 'new' eastern members are experiencing.
Think would be better to remain apart. Believe there will be advantages later in doing so.

I liked mr. Jeremic quite a bit untill this campaign began and I realized that He was just traveling the world going to friendly countries and "preaching to the choir" about not recognising Kosovo. None of these countries would have, it was just done for media purposes. If he wanted to make a difference he should have travelled to the czech republic and Croatia where there was a real debate on this issue, alas he did not. He talks a lot about protecting the Serbs in Kosovo, but now that the United States and the European Union are trying to block Kosovo Serb participation in the election, he talks about the aspiration of the western balkans to join the EU.
The aspiration of Kosovo Serbs is to exercise their rights as citizens, and the Serbian state should have no other priority placed before this.
Now is a good time to give Serbia away to the neo-liberal super state and it´s murderous clients, in deed, it is always a good time for an eager servant of the empire to please his masters, at whatever cost.
This man has now kissed Serbia and is walking toward Brussels to do what he is supposed to do, thats a normal job for people like him. Let´s forgive him,send him and his gang to the states and roll back all the malice they has accomplished.

Sadly, there is a minor problem to your pronouncement - the EU has not offered an SAA for Serbia to sign. The best it will offer, until the Netherlands and Belgium retract their demands for Mladic and Karadzic to be delivered to the Hague, is an interim and meaningless document.
So, Mr Jeremic, what's your plan? Continue deluding yourself about EU entry and SAAs or do you and the DS plan to arrest Mladic and hand him over?
