It seems to me the United Nations should allow other countries to send peace keepers to Kosovo . The NATO countries have been unable to enforce resolution 1244 . I dont even believe resolution 1244 was or is their desire . I rather think all along for the last 8 yrs NATO and the United States planed on failing to enforce 1244 , but rather planned a illegal seperation all along . I have been very disapointed in the treatment of Yugoslavia and now the dismemberment of Serbia for the last 18 yrs . I place most of the blame on NATO forces . but the United Nations has so far failed in its duties too . Please read the UN charter and start acting like the organization the UN was supposed to be .

Russia already let Serbian brothers fall down like a hot potatoe, why not once again? it will happen when constitution of Kosovo has given a new state it's legal status and when the rights of Serbian citizens in Kosovo are granted. all these processes are started, while Serbia is blocked by it's own politics.

Aren't the "big 5" , the "most important countries" in the world as you and your folks normally refer to them. Hence their rights in UN, upppsss not on this one for you.
You made me laugh loud.

KS,

“…UN disbanded or severely reformed. No one can withstand the veto power of big 5…”

US uses veto power (by far) much more often then any other member with a veto right. Russia is very reserved with it’s veto, using it only in matters considered of vital importance for the country.

Lets hope Ban will start to do his proper job and protect the UN rather than bowing to the US.

It's time UN disbanded or severely reformed. No one can withstand the veto power of big 5. Either there be reform such as destroy the UNSC or add veto power to the General Assembly.

"The UN secretary-general stressed once more that UNMIK would continue to operate in Kosovo in line with Resolution 1244 passed in June 1999, which represents the province’s only valid legal status after the conflicts of 1998-99."

So....why does the UN continue to ignore it's own "valid legal" status by its own members and recognise the Kosovo illegal UDI? It is no different to making a set of rules for yourself and then blatantly ignore them.

Perhaps Mr Moon should present himself in front of his own Assembly and simply state that all recognition of Kosovo UDI is illegal as per your own rules and decisions?

The UN democratic....hahahaha!

This world order does amaze me sometimes....
