A-TEC may endlesly increase the amount of their auction deposit: their money is apsolutly safe, since DS part of the government will endlesly stretch the terms the way A-TEC needs. Remember the last year story: "No reduction in the labour force" before the signing the contract, and then, yes reduction in the labour force? Or I misunderstood something?
