It seems that this court is irrelevant... anything but a court of Law. Day by day it looks more like an instrument of oppression. This raises questions whether they will ever investigate the smuggling of organs.

Karadzic and Mladic would be found "guilty" by the kangaroo court in the Hague no matter whether they were guilty of a war crime or not. The foolish idea that the ICTY is a court has now evaporated even in the minds of those so naive as to have accepted that illegal body until now.

The fact that Carla del Ponte kept her big mouth totally shut about the KLA's organ-extraction slaughterhouse until after Kosovo proclaimed independence and the trial of Haradinaj was closed proves that the internationals want to have their Serbian cake AND eat it as well.

The example of illegality and "might is right" immorality that the U.S. and its client states have set in the Balkans will likely produce an equal and opposite response. But ultimately the Serbs will prevail as the U.S. cannot afford to pay indefinitely for yet another military occupation in Kosovo for up to "100 years".

Considering that the Srebrenica at least was a genocide, Karadzic and Mladic will surely be found guilty.

Mike, so are you saying that Serbia knows the whereabouts of these two? Hmm then Serbia is in breach of International Law.

As much as the West says it is favor of Serbia coming closer to the EU, I find that truly hard to believe. With the instantaneous recognition of Pristina's UDI, and now this Haradinaj fiasco, they are showing they want to keep Serbian/West relations chaotic. Serbia will never surrender Mladic now, why should they to a corrupt court. The US/EU has taken such a one-sided stance with Kosovo, that they are practically forcing Serbs to be rebellious.
