UN HQ denies UNMIK speculation

UNMIK will be lose its current powers in Kosovo starting in June. Wishful thinking it always comes from a unknown secret source. Lets all try to think very hard where it could come from hum.... Brussels EULEX! The first transfers will be in the fields of justice and the police, which will in part be taken over by EULEX. So they can put in prison any one who opposes them and their illegal mission more then likely it will be the Serbs who will be prosecuted.

In that case, all agreements made under resolution 1244 become null and void, therefore meaning KFOR will have to leave as it's mandate is arragenent under 1244 and the Serb army can legally re-enter Kosovo as 1244 ceases to exist.

According to the Albanian-language daily, once the Kosovo constitution is enacted, which is expected on June 15, "UNMIK will state that a new reality has been created in Kosovo, and that a reconfiguration of its presence will begin".

Realities don't replace UN resolutions.You will definitely need a new UN resolution to replace 1244 which will be vetoed by Russia.The message to albanians is that there is not a short cut to UN membership.

UNMIK is not leaving in June and this is the newest coming form the UN directly today. If someone can read Serbian language I recommend them to switch form English to Serbian. However, I ma sure it will be published here as well maybe already later or tomorrow.

Priština daily is the one reporting this? This is wishful thinking! Nothing can happen without UN authority. Does Pristina think its above the law. Get real! This is going to be as fake as the Illegal UDI by the lawless albanian-Serbs in Kosovo INSIDE Serbia.

If Mr Samardzic will visit Kosova , he must hurry up , cause after June he need passport and visa to travel to Kosova.

UNMIK plans to leave Kosovo in June. Why? Because that's when the current financing finishes, and there is no intention to extend it. That's why the EULEX mission is planned to be ready in June and the Pristina constitution will be officially rolled out too.

This has all been agreed in New York by the US, the main EU powers and the UN secretariat itself. It is then that the Ahtisaari plan will come into effect.

The Russians know about this, and so does the DS. And they are deliberately doing NOTHING to prevent it.

If anybody in the Serbian media is reading this, I would like you to explain why this blatantly obvious reality has not been addressed by yourselves. Why aren't you asking Dragan Sutanovic, Vuk Jeremic and Boris Tadic why they are NOT lobbying in New York for the UNMIK mission to be extended?

If I were you, I would urge your technical government to ask for partition with the offer of recognition, before its' too late. Otherwise you will loose once again.

UNMIK and its representatives of the UN Secretary General, KFOR, ICO and other agencies are the biggest Façade that I´ve seen in my life. Since 17Feb07, they have done nothing in regards to the self proclaimed independence. They´ve been constantly in negotiations with ICO, and Brussels, putting aside Serbian. Mr. Tadic and Russia are full aware of the ongoing plan (negotiations/ agreements) and all diplomatic movements. What has been done. Nothing. UNMIK is the biggest FIASCO of the United Nations. Question: Why we need UN? What is it role in the present days? A message to all politicians involved in this Kosovo matter. STOP with your Hypocrisy.

Your reality is based on US plans for Kosovo and not on the decisions made by UN.If
you really think that the US is interested about the well being of the albanians then you're very much mistaken.You'll be used and hanged out dry.
However,these plans will never be accepted by Serbia,Russia and other countries in the area.You'll remain a EU protectorate till
they realise their folly and let you wither away.
