@ adrian

it´s the part-time albanian reservation in south-serbia that is 3rd world, and not tanzania and definatly not russia.

on the other hand: how should you know, never leaving kosovo and visiting civilized people and places? so i don´t blame you, at least you have internet & can escape the "reality" from uck-tv.

is eu for you also 3. world or do you believe they will stop schengen because of the albanians and their (imaginary) free travel?

What Pristina says or doesn't say doesn't matter. Serbs are going to vote, period. The best Pristina can do is saying "we allowed them to vote", it would give an illusion that Pristina had something to say about this matter. Of course it is an illusion only.

RE: JAck and Ratko

I wouldn't worry that much about the "Kosovo" passports...

Why?

First they will have to get a visa...and I think that the good all days when lots of Albanians got visas are over...

The same EU countries that have accepted a lot of Kosovo Albanians are going to try and send them back home..

Ratko: "How will our Kosovo Albanian friends travel from Kosovo to countries that do not recognise its false independence?"

That is a concern that only our Serbian friends seem to have. Don't worry, we'll be just fine without visiting Tanzania, Tajikistan, Russia or other 3rd world countries.

A very good question Ratko. I have another question which maybe someone who reads B92 can answer.

Q. Will holders of 'Republic of Kosova' passports be able to enter Europe at all? when some Schengen countries don't recognize Kosova surely that means they can't cross any border into the Schengen area.

Ehtnic Albanians in Kosovo better hang on to their Serbian/Yugoslav passports. But then I guess they knew that which is why they have been swarming to central serbia to renew there passports since last summer.

However, since by supporting the illegal UDI ethnic Albanians in Kosovo have effectively renounced Serbian citizenship maybe Serbia should cancel all their passports?

"Under this Constitution, the Kosovo Serbs are entitled to hold dual citizenship, which automatically allows them to vote in Serbian elections."

I don't think for one moment that Serbs in Kosovo will have dual citizenship - why would they want to be part of an illegal country controlled by a KLA terorrist?

Serbs in Kosovo - in fact everyone in Kosovo, will only have one citizenship, and that is Serbia.

"“Our official position is that only UNMIK can organize elections in Kosovo, at least for now,“ he said."

So what's for Pristina to decide? Sounds like it's the UN's and not Pristina's decision, and they have to operate on the basis that Kosovo is still part of Serbia.

So according to the article, there's little need for any concerns to be raised. The so-called consitution draft, which will essentially codify the points in AP will pretty much sanction elections in Serb sectors. And even if UNMIK prohibits it, which I can't see why they would, K Serbs are going to vote one way or another. So it's simply wise to just let them take place and accept the realities on the ground and avoid any more conflicts.

Enjoy the weekend everyone. I'm off to Nis for a few days.

Neither Prishtina nor UNMIK have a say - it is happening because Kosovo & Metohija is andwill always remain Sovereign to Serbia!

The fact is UNMIK has no powers to deny the most basic democratic right of the Serbian citizens in the Serbian province from their right to vote in Serbian elections - hence why thier participation occurred before illegal declarations as it will on the 11th May and in the future beyond with greater and greater numbers.

UNMIK would not want to be blocking democratic rights through violent actions especially given that Ban Ki Moon stated 1244 is still in force, would they and could they even if they would want to?

The reality is how do they explain this and continue to deceive the mafiocracy puppets of the US? Oh yes the consitution (set out by the not so invisible puppet masters) allows it and Mr Thief says it is ok so Thaci must agree!

Oh what a tangled web we weave... & who said Status Quo would not continue?
