Five days ahead of Montenegrin presidential elections, campaigning is reaching fever pitch.

Do not worry Mr. Vujanovic, the Albanians will vote for you! After all, because of their votes it is that Montenegro became independent after all...and you know it as they know it. Now just wait for them to start asking special favours from you...Hope you have prepared for that...

ana,
you're right that the albanian vote put them over the top. like ever other group that votes for elected officials, they reward them by addressing their concerns and one might be to award the albanian town of tuzi municipality status that was voted on and passes last year. not to mention releasing those albanians who are political prisoners under the current gov't.
if you want good relations with the albanians...there's two good opportunites to mend relations.
