ДРУГ,

“ … We were an occupied country with tens of American "consultants" in Kremlin ... “

Yes, I know and understand… It was very sad for us to watch chaos during Jeltsin years… Luckily, you got rid of “friendly western consultants” and raised again.

” … A friend of mine went as a volunteer to Bosnia and was never back ... “

I’m very sorry that your friend died. Hundreds of Russian volunteers fought on our side and I heard that about 40 lost their lives. We feel deepest gratitude to them. They will be remembered.

“… Follow the Bucharest NATO meeting …”

I’m following it. I have a filing that it will be interesting one. Looking forward to V. Putin’s speech.

“… Good Luck !”
Thank you, we will need it.

Dear friend !

In 1999 Yugislavia was more free than Russia. We were an occupied country with tens of American "consultants" in Kremlin ... All just the way it is in the Ukraine and Georgia now ... But believe me all Russian felt our guilt to let them do what they have done to you then. A friend of mine went as a volunteer to Bosnia and was never back ...

Follow the Bucharest NATO meeting ! If they head for accepting the Ukraine and Georgia Russia won't be passive in many conflicts including the Serbian one.

Good Luck !

Congratulations to mr. Rogozin, he describes situation exactly as it is, in concise and clear way for everyone to understand.

“ … Russia was not forming military bases anywhere … “

It should, it’s high time to begin.

“ … Russia brutally murders Chechen children, women and civilians …”

Collateral damage from Russian military operations doesn’t even began to compare with US record over the years.

As for support of dictatorships, if you are US supporter, better don’t mention that subject…

ДРУГ,
“ … it's a good time for us to install S-300 anti aircraft missiles in Serbia !...”
Yes, it’s long overdue. If we just had them in 1999, NATO would think twice before attacking us. They don’t have a stomach for casualties, (on their side that is). They had it easy bombing from the high altitudes outside the range of our outdated air defense. If risk for their air force is high, they don’t attack. NATO doesn’t send ground troops without achieving total air supremacy first. So, basically, if Serbia has a modern air – defense, NATO can’t attack us, and Serb army can deal with a NATO proxies.
I would welcome Russian bases on our soil. Aside from S-300, you should install all other types of missiles that NATO is installing close to your borders. Let’s bring some balance, bring you rockets closer to NATO.

"“What’s better: aggressive rhetoric or aggressive policy,” asked Rogozin at a press conference, adding that Russia was not forming military bases anywhere in Mexico, was not inviting Ireland or Iceland into its military bloc, and was not making anti-missile defense systems abroad, and “does not recognize the independence of parts of a sovereign state, for example, Corsica, or the Basque country.”

Russia however is selling nuclear technology to dictatorships such as Burma and Iran. The dictatorship states of North Korea and Cuba are Russian creations.
Russia is not inviting states into its military block because it cannot have any relevant states in it. This bloc would be made up of Russia, Serbia, Venezuela, Iran, Burma, Cuba, North Korea.
I am leaving China out on purpose due to the colossal investment of the US in China and the colossal investments of China in the US.
Russia cannot form military bases anywhere else except for Serbia, Burma, North Korea, Cuba and Iran. We the eastern European countries know what else comes with Russian bases, that is why Russia can't open bases there. Russia can't open bases in Western Europe nor it can in most of the latin American countries, that is the US backyard. If Russia could open any bases, it would have done so years ago. It is becuase it won't be allowed, not because they're such a good and holy country.
The countries that join NATO do it on their will. You have to fulfill their standards if you want to join in. No NATO country joined NATO because they made them do it.
Russia brutally murders Chechen children, women and civilians. If you were such a good person Mr. Rogozin you need to talk openly about the Chechens.
Russia does not recognize the Basques or Corsica because it can't not because it won't due to the Russian principles. Appart from Russia and Serbia no other country would follow. lets not mention the can of worms that would open inside Russia, with plenty of territories ready to secede.

One thing the Russians should accept and face is the reality, that they will never ever reach the standards of the Western World. The reason behind that is simple. Russia has and if history is any indicator, will always be ruled by depots and dictators. Democracy in Russia is an artificial notion. It did not come naturally from the people. All that happened in Russia was a regime change due to economics and not due to a change in political mindset. Russia basically replaced Stalin with Putin. That's about it.

Well it's a good time for us to install S-300 anti aircraft missiles in Serbia ! We may as well use American arguments by declaring as if we need them to defend Serbia from a possible attack of Iran or K-Albanians ... Say we suppose that the K-Albanians are supposed to sell out their state reserves of 999 Afghan heroin to build surface-to- surface missiles or to buy the Qassams from Palestine . Why not ? The American reasons to launch a war or to violate any law are even less persuasive ...

Kosovo and Metohija do not need weapons since Albanians are overwhelmingly armed already - THE FACT

Only aggressive rhetoric and deeds comes from the USA, EU and NATO- THE FACT

Mr Rogozin is wondering the same thing as I. Why in the Earth some European countries are so enthusiastic when it comes to deployment of missile shield in their backyard? Do they actually think that they are going to be protected from some possible attacks or they are simply glad to die for American interests? I also wonder why some countries are so happy and enthusiastic when it comes to NATO membership? Are they so eager to die for American interests again in senseless and meaningless wars all over the globe?

What troubles is he talking about? Kosova's has been troubled enough by the Serbia's policies towards the region. Now we have a new reality. Kosova is an independent and sovran country and we all expect to function as a normal democratic country. That includes self-defence in case someone elese outside Kosova would like to cause troubles. At the end it will be proved that Russia is not as relevant as it thinks compare with the other democratic countries. The policy sabotage of independence will dicredit Russia and Serbia more even if that is done in the name if "international law"
