Only with Russian help to guarantee agreement and Resolution 1244 (which guarantee that Kosovo will stay part of the Serbia/YU) – the war stopped in 1999. Otherwise by situation on the ground – former VJ had full control of all Kosovo and US and NATO were losing the face.

They deceive the world by not honoring contractual obligation signed at that time and waited the first possible occasion to cheat again and annulled UN signed and accepted obligations and responsibilities (UN Resolution 1244).
The only winner in those circumstances was/is Russia – and actually that was the turning point for huge Russian comeback on world scene as super power and strong economical progress.

NATO and KFOR are going to stay in Kosovo as long as THEY want to stay not as long as YOU want them there...can't you get it and accept it as a fact?
As for Russia, well they haven't done much as the US in the world peace...I think that the US has done enough lately in Iraq and Afghanistan and probably very soon in Iran...without mentioning Kosovo...

Russians do understand that the US are interested very much in our formal participation in the Session.
Their idea is quite evident. Because many Europeans are not happy about US approaches to the continental problems the Yakees have to show them that despite everything they manage to cope with "those Russians" ... So they don't have to worry about missiles in Poland aimed to defend US mainland and about participation of Geogia and the Ukraine in NATO as well as about Kosovo violations ect.
But because the only thing they haven't guessed to call us yet is that we are stupid I hope Russia has also got a plan of it's own. It's not going to be a meeting of an anaconda and a victim rabbit. Let's wait and see "who is Mr.Putin" ? At least Serbian questions will no doubt be raised in a very sharp form.
