Why would Serbia say that "these weapons sales are a direct threat and Serbia is taking all measures..."? Of course they are going to say it is not a threat, and take appropriate measures. Heaven forbid that those items, tools, and intelectual items , that are appropriate to an agrarian society be sent. If there is a threat of violence, that is what the international military is there for. Arm Albanians, and let westerners bomb from the air? Who thinks that can happen again?
