Still to be serious I remember feeling pretty disgusted when this vd buried news of the delay in the metro plan by headlining his press conference with the bridge over the sava. As you know both are needed. I don't fancy that SRS quite carry the same weight dealing with business issues, but Vucic could deal with the Russians of course. A quick backhander (or the exclusion of other contenders) to a Russian state company would do the trick and we might get it sorted quicker than you can say Lukoil :)
