You have the right to choose which comments to publish, because you are against censorship like many wester outlets. What you do not want to see or hear, you will not to publish. It is called free speech if it is with partly line( propaganda).
Some play stupied to say that parties do not disclose they financies. Ask sponsor CIA, MI6, EUSSR - they will tell what parties they finance, or parties programs shows who sponsors them.

Are NGO's in Serbia not required to produce audited accounts?

They are right, there is a lack of transparency in political financing. I for one would like to know which parties/movements are receiving foreign financing (although I have a pretty good idea, Ceda). Most other countries, including USA, do not allow foreign financing of politics for obvious reasons.

I'll tell you another area which lacks transparency and that is NGO financing.
