Families of kidnapped Kosovo Serbs to sue Del Ponte

Of course Carla's allegations are true. What sickens me about this story is in the fact the international community and the USA were fully aware of these events. But that did not stop them from finishing their ethnic cleansing of Serbs from Kosovo. So there you have it , these so called countries that have recognized Kosovo's UDI are collaborators in the ethnic cleansing of Serbs form Kosovo. It is time Serbia initiate her law suits against the Hague. It seems the Hague's prime directive is to distort the truth and convict only Serbs. Let the punishment fit the crime!

Right on. I completley agree with the families, she should be sued.

Considering that Ms. del Ponte is one of the biggest Serb bashers on the planet, never missing an opportunity to sling mud collectively against all that is Serbian...these candid revelations in her book about Albanians kidnapping Serbs and then stealing their organs....well, it must be much, much worse than even she is admitting to.

What's funny is reading pro-Alb posts in here that spew vitriol on Ms. Carla...a few weeks ago, she was your heroine...now, when she speaks about your proclivity for organ harvesting, she's a Serb propagandist.

I wonder if Carla can come clean, what will happen one day when KFOR/NATO troops come clean...are KFOR/NATO troops really that scared of Albanians? Considering they harvest human organs, I would be too.

Excellent opportunity to emulate USA and show how much Serbs appreciate Western ideals. This can be done by waterboarding individuals with information.

As an Albanian I agree that Del Ponte be sued from family members of missing Serbs in Kosovo for not been responsible in this sensitive matter. If she had reliable information, she should have pursued the case further and not wait to be discharged from the job so she can write sensational stories that are based on rumors just for the sake of making money in a dirtiest way. In fact, she should be sued by Veterans of KLA for coming up with such false and humiliating allegations against KLA. However, the law suite filled by families of missing Serbs in Kosovo would be of same value, which, if nothing else,would indicate the extent to which this lady has gone with her make up stories. Perhaps, we would get more clues on those “reliable” journalists that to my surprise have not “dare” to say a word to the public up to now! Are these journalists still alive and how much have they sold the exclusiveness of this “shocking” story to Carla Del Ponte!? Are these journalists maybe of TV Belgrade, perhaps same ones that in attempt to destroy the evidence of Izbica Massacre, constructed a false story presenting a different Kosovar village as Izbica and getting Serbian villagers to speak with their broken Albanian on behalf of “Izbica” saying to public that there had nothing happened at all! For this and other massacres in Kosovo Serbian War Criminals are actually been sued in ICTY.
Come on people, do not play with feelings of families who have gone through so much grief for missing of loved ones in both sides. To date, some of bodies of these missing Albanians have gotten their way from Serbia to the graves in Kosovo, where they are resting at peace now and some of them are still to be found, but not alive for sure. Isn’t this all just too much to bear for families of missing persons, regardless of a Serbian or Albanian side?
I think B92 as one of few Serbian media that have been objective so far, should stop all comments of this nature, since they are based on imaginary facts and have nothing to do with the truth. Families of missing people in Kosovo War have enough grief in their souls and hearts and they do not need these dirty games to be played on their back.

I'm really sick of the supporters of the KLA organ harvesters posting their filth on this website. Del Ponte covered up this monstronsity and you people still manage to whine that somehow people are out to get you, when no KLA thug has been prosecuted for their many many crimes.

Del Ponte was a puppet. She couldn't do what she wanted. As anyone knows when one works for an institution in the Western tradition, if you go against the tide, you will lose your job. The war crimes tribunal was Clinton and Albright's baby. They had their views, and like most American leaders over the past couple of decades, their views are beyond question. Now that the court is over for Del Ponte, she is free to speak the truth and should be punished if these crimes are real. I have no doubt they are real but I doubt anyone will ever be punished for these crimes. I live in the US and although these crimes saw light over the past weekend, few US news agencies reported them. Why is that? If, on the other hand, the allegations were against Serbs, I guarantee you that this would have been all over the front pages of US newspapers, just like when the allegations of Serbs mistreating children in mental institutions came out earlier this year. This news would be a black eye to the US, and the US refuses to EVER look bad, it's the American way. Trust me, though, there are many good Americans out here and hopefully they will stand up and speak the truth. Unfortunately, the bad Americans will say they are crazy or worse.

There is an easy way to disprove this allegation. Just get the KLA to reveal where the bodies are buried.

This abuse of minorities by the Albanians, tolerated by the UN and NATO, allowed and supported and condoned in Albania, is the pinacle of human rights abuse. Only the Albanian KLA leadership could surpass their long list of abuses. I hope those involved, including those KLA terrorist financiers in the US, are prosecuted, as well as Del Ponte. It's no wonder why the Albanians can destroy Ancient European Christian Churches without any conscience problems. They are doing more monsterous crimes in between pogroms.
