Serb returnees, priest under attack in Croatia

Elvis, the Krajina authorities saved the lives of there people. You conveniently leave out that those who stayed behind were murdered in a brutal fashion. That point right there always gets left out so you and other Croat nationalists can say it wasn't Croatia's fault that Serbs left Croatia. If you're not a nationalist, condemn this latest attack, waiting to hear what your thoughts on are these latest attacks on Serbs in Croatia... not the unfair B92 media.

Shame on these low lives, they can only damage the image of Croatia. It is sad that the Croation media do not condemn such activities.

You sound like those crazy Nationalist Serbs who claim the Albanians left Kosovo only because of the NATO bombing.

I happened to have family who were cleansed from Krajina, so I KNOW what happened. My wife still has nightmares about it. I've also happened to see with my very own eyes, the massive destruction and burnt out churches and Ustashe spray paint everywhere in Krajina that exists to this very day.

I suppose you think Croatia had nothing to do with the destruction of Mostar either? I've been there too. Tudjman was just as evil as Milosevic and both tried to carve up Bosnia at the point of a gun.

'Ethnic Cleansing' was the domain of the Serbian militaries. The 250,000 Serb exodus from Croatia was organised by their own 'krajina' authorities. There is a big difference. I used to think that B92 was objective......very dissapointing.

Do you want to compare the carnage that JNA and all the Serb paramilitaries inflicted on Croatian civilian targets with the legal action that was Oluja & Bljesak? Whatever..think what you want. Croatia didn't create a Vukovar, Dubrovnik, Sarajevo or Srebrenica.

And please detail the last time a Croatian soldier was on Serbian territory or last time it bombed a Serbian town?

And if the 'krajina' authorities saved the lives of their people as CygnussX1 has suggested...it would have been largely out of fear...as the krajina Serbs knew only too well what they did to the Croats and others.

However, Croatia has placed a Serb as it's deputy Prime Minister whilst Serb's are bombing embassies and electing radical governments.

I'm not a great Croatian nationalist and I'm not a blanket hater of Serbs - far from it. But let's call a spade a spade shall we?

There is no proof what so ever that these were ethnically motivated crimes.

Just because the victims were Serbs in Croatia doesn't mean they were robbed because they are Serbs. Croatian homes in these areas are also frequently robbed if they are not inhabited.

Unfortunately in these sparsely populated areas its very easy for crimials to burgle homes and create petty acts of vandalism. Its not like homes or cars in Croatia are easily identified as being owned by Serbs.
