If DS ever hopes on winning this may election why would they even consider aligning themselves with the likes of these two?

it is sad for me to see this kind of infighting between democratic opponents of the current regime. in some ways it reminds me of the infighting beween H clinton and obama, which from my point of view only serves to shore up support for the republicans. these are not "normal" times, whatever that means. there needs to be a coalition of really democratic forces, not just parties which misuse and abuse the term "democratic" until it becomes all but meaningless...
