Dimitar
let me ask you this simple question.
Since we (I know i am and you arent), just for the sake of discussion, both say we are MAKEDONIANS, how come we dont speak the same language, not even a relative one.
How come I speak a 5000 year old language (maybe more acording to recent studies) and you speak a slavic one?
Listen, you can call yourself whaever you like, facts are facts, hard evidence is more than enough to prove ANY of my arguments, so dont bother trying to be MAKEDONIAN. You just reside there, you arent one :)

As for *3
who does actually expect out of 10mil people, all ot have the same point of view? I find the comment of my countryman constructive, doesnt mean i have to agree with him :)

dont fool yourself. If it wasnt for that idiots Papandreou and Samaras, and those idiots at the eu, we wouldnt even want to speak to you. We have nothing in common and we will never have.

And to all.
Dont confuse friendship with respects and ties.
We greatly respect the Serbian people for their struggles and we have ties from past fights. Politics is one thing, people is another.

Greece will recognize Kosovo because ultimately Greeks and Albanians are friends, there are much more ties connecting Greeks with Albanians, than Greeks with Serbs. Of course the religious connection between Greece and Serbia is a strong one but is playing less of a role nowadays when religion has been relegated to third-place status. However I must say that religious supporters are very focal but overall Greek population supports more Albanians than Slavs.

You can be sure EA that heavy pressure is being excerted as we speak on Greece to tow the line, likewise on remaining EU and NATO states that have not done so by now.

If the Greek government does cave in, you can expect mayhem on the streets of Athens. This will hurt the Greek government.

Listen Nikitas, stop making out that greece is some kind of friend to Serbia! Greece cares about nothing and no one but it's own interests! It's simply taken the Serbs for a ride, hoping to get the more gullible ones on side against MACEDONIA!!!! See Comment No 3; this is the "greek consciousness" in action!

And have in mind one more think.
Dont forget who was out at the streets protesting with t-shirts with the target, when Serbia was bombed by the warmongers.
It wasnt the politicians or anyone else. It was the Greek people.
Dont forget for example, which was the first football team to come and play a friendly game, during the bombings, in Belgrade. AEK Athens was that.

So when you talk about something, better be specific. Its one thing the politicians and another thing the people.

Nikitas

What you miss here is that Greece has been saying the same thing since the first day of the separatist movement, even when Rugova was in matters.
I dont understand how something that has been said again and again for so long is changing your view now......

It´s like signing it´s own death warrant for Greece as a country.

If they do, they can expect an albanian occupation of its northern parts and social unrest all over the country until they revoke it.

Greek politicians are naturally bought and formed by NATO/€U but not its citizens.

Well Greece will recognise the Kosova's independence and I haven't got the slightest doubt about it. We can talk at great length about the reasons of the recognition of Kosova by Greece.

A question for the Serbian panel here:

Why is Greece reluctant to recognise (or not) Kosova's independence now?

Luigi

We all know that it's a matter of time and then they will recognize..
only Slowakia and Rumania will not..they have "to play " the good policeman...

""But, a decision on the recognition of Kosovo has not been made yet," Bakoyannis told a news conference in the Albanian capital "

Nothing new here.

odi:

Bakoyannis did not reiterate Greece's conditions on recognition (Serbia's agreement) because he's in Tirana & is a diplomat.

And by saying that Greece will be 'forced' to do so only reinforces the illegal nature of the K-albanian Unilateral Declaration of Independence.

Serbia and Serbians should not be shocked or surprised if Hellas recognizes Kosovo because it was Serbia who first drew blood against Hellas by recognizing FYROM as Macedonia.
Therefore I would not, nor would any Hellene, accept Serbia's petulance at creating their own problem.
We Hellenes don't forget!

odi

Its probably a matter of days or weeks before Greece |is forced| to accept the state of Kosova. I wonder how Serb readers will react to it!
