Logic: you logic is quite bizarre

I am presenting with facts, as a matter a fact.

St Albani is Albanian because he is not because his name. Pope Clement XI is Albanian because he is, Agnez Bojaxhiu is Albanian because she is, etc.

Albany in NY is like NEW York etc the names are European- comprehensible to your ‘logic’ I hope.

Anyhow, try to answer what (johny, 21 March 2008 01:11) says instead of saying ‘non coherent’ thoughts (as to say) quite far from a logic.

If you have lack of knowledge I hope you don't have a short memory to remember at least Mother Teresa- Agnez Bojaxhiu, for a thoroughly conversation I have to admit you are not ready.

huh?

The right thing to do.

It´s like boycotting the apartheid state of "israel" for it´s etnic cleansing and wars against non-jews.

But of course there are exeptions. Those few Albanians living in and wishing for peace with their Serbian neighbour should not be boycotted.

Why is everyone so upset about this boycot? America boycots all the time.

Remember the Russian Olympics? America boycoted that. What about the time when America boycoted French champagne. They renamed french fries Freedom fries or Liberty fries.

Serbia is a democratic country and if some citizens want to boycot a certain bakery then it's their business. This certainly is not on the same scale as what America has done when it comes to boycoting.

So all your righteous people out there who are claiming how this is not fair get a grip. World isn't fair and it certainly wasn't fair for Albanians to steal Kosovo but it happened.

This is just a minor thing. In a democracy people can decide what to buy and what not to buy. How many of us have thought twice about buying a pair of Nikes because of who is being exploited. Is is wrong to boycot Nike?

So if you want to get all righteous now then start to look at what the Americans are doing and how they boycot without anyone complaining there.

Bottom line. Democracy. People vote with their money as well.

Many minorities are well behaved when in their host countries they are minorities. Wait until they form the majority. That is when you see their true feelings toward their neighbors.

"# What next Ben,

Jesus was Albanian.

Unfortunately our Serbian neighbors claimed him first. They claim his real name was Jesus Christovic.

By the way Niall I urge you to read the Catholic encyclopedia and show me the page number and the paragraph where you find that any of ben's facts are wrong. At least those facts that involve Catholicism.

Ben, Johny: you are 100% right; I also heard that every single word, in every single language in this world, that starts with "ALB" stems from the word "Albania". Even the ABC read "ALBc" and then Serbs dropped that "L". But ofcourse, how would some Irish know that...

logic

pre 16 godina

Yes Niall, there is more:
America was discovered by Albanians. They brought civilization and religion to Indian savages. The proof is the name of the important administrative ctr of the New York state:ALBANY!!!
To express the gratitude to Albanians for getting the state, the USA is repaying the favor by giving them the state in Kosovo.
Why not give the continent, the North America -
Albanians were first there?
Is there a justice in this world? Only time will tell, if you don't know the answer.

Deije,
Since “Kosovo is Serbian” do you boycott products of Kosovo?

blero #4 - this was nice one ;)))

Naill #10 you made me laugh even more with your co-religionists thing ;)

Upsss 1. Mother Teresa was an Albanian- ok but you are Irish you don't have to know that

Upsss 2. Costnatine the Great- the one that made Christianity the official religion of Roman empire was Kosovar ruling in Berat central Albania- in whose 6 h. castle there are yet 40 churches- guess where he become Christian Niall - but ok you are Irish Niall you can ignore these “insignificant” things

Upsss 3. St Albani- the one that spread the Christianity in Europe and to your predecessors was Albanian- but of course you are Irish Niall- you don’t have to know this fact, just ignore it- St. Albani bizarre name- Albani how he got it? ;)

Upsss 4. Pope Clemente XI was Albanian (and how many Irish Popes??)- but of course Niall you are Irish- you can ignore this too.

I will leave something for latter Niall, now you can maybe tell us which was the contribution of your “brother” Serbs in Christian religion?

Of course before that you will tall us and compare your Irish contribution to the Christianity towards ours, Albanian contribution.

Curious to hear from you Niall.

I totally condemn this sinister boycott campaign. Ordinary Serbian Albanian citizens should not be held accountable for the misdeeds of their co-religionists in Albania or in the Autonomous Province of Kosmet. They are honest and hardworking Serbian citizens.

Their ethnic Serb neighbours should show solidarity to their ethnic Albanian countrymen by buying at the stores.

On another note, the fact that hundreds of thousands of ethnic Albanians live in Serbia including Belgrade and live normal lives without fear of violence or discrimination is a testament to the Serbian people and government. This should be highlighted.

Delije

So what if they want to boycott Albanian bakeries or Hungarian goulash. The Albanians in Kosovo boycotted anything Serbian. If they want to boycott let them. I boycott anything from the former Yugo that isn't Serbian. Kosovo is Serbian!!!

Albanian bakers out of business?
Free loafs for the Serbs of Sombor?
What next? Hot buns and ginger bread for the street buskers?
This secret plan is coming along just fine.

This sickens me, contrary to belief amongst some, Serbia has a history of treating its minorities with respect.

It must be made clear to the small minority of extremists that their sentiments are totally unacceptable.

They are blackening the name of all of us.

Jack

pre 16 godina

This is a wrong action. These people are citizens of the Republic of Serbia first and ethnic Albanians second. The only reason to boycott these bakeries is if they stock products from Albania or KosovA or if the owners spout pro-kosova/ anti-Serbian nonsense. In which case it is a valid form of protest.

Ana
