It isn’t difficult to understand why Tadic & Co. are keep deceiving Serb public with all these talk about EU membership supposedly just around the corner, but I don’t understand why Kostunica doesn’t bring a bit more reality to the public attention:

After comments from Tadic saying that a deal with DSS is still possible after the next election Kostunica now slams the door shut.

Its going to be very hard trying to court votes from SRS now with his first two aims, according to him (previous statements), at odds with the third. I'm not sure how he can pursue such a policy when he says that EU integration must be halted.

Unless he expects EU member states such as Britain, France and Germany to have a dramatic change of heart and reverse Kosovo recognition.

You too Mr Kostunica,

It is not perfect time to speak about elections at the moment. Do focus on Kosovo for few more weeks and solve the situation as best as you can. After that the struggle for the power can begin. But at least you mentioned Kosovo as a top priority in your campaign, thus you are half forgiven.

It is not perfect time to speak about elections at the moment. Do focus on Kosovo for few more weeks and solve the situation as best as you can. After that the struggle for the power can begin. But at least you mentioned Kosovo as a top priority in your campaign, thus you are half forgiven.
