M, Serbian judiciary can interpret the law better than any UN grunt on the ground there, so they know where they stand legally.

They are fully aware that Kosovo as a country does not exist and therefore should not serve in any Kosovo judiciary. Nobody has a legal right to stop them from taking their rightful positions in Serbian judiciary in the province of Kosovo.

I am not sure whether the whole ministry was a sleep on February the 17th 2008.

And yes, Samardzic wants to clarify the interpretation of the UNSC 1244 once and for all, is it me or has this guy lost the plot altogether!?

They are welcomed to work in the Kosovan judiciary system and use their 'education' to help and enable Kosvar Serbians to integrate and live in peace in Kosova.

Multi-ethnic judiciary in Kosovo is possible only if UN and UMNIK stop helping albanians with ethnic cleansing in Kosovo.
Instead of jailing and taking jobs from judges-who by the way have more schooling than all ofhe UMNIK personel together-why not give them jobs back and make sure that they are protecting remaining Serbian population.
