The reason Bush will never see the Haque is because alL US personel are excempt and cannot be called before the Haque and if US personel are known to have committed war crimes they are taken care of in-house with a slapped wrist. No one stood charges for murder in Hadith where 23 civilians were massacred.

War is a crime against humanity in itself and terrible things happen in war.

You also wrote that only 2 out of 100 US citizens would have known where Serbia is on the map. I live in the UK and there's a lot of Americans that don't even know we're British. They are known for being insular.

As for a conspiracy against Serbia for their territory. I actually read that the US, UK and Swiss intelligence met with the KLA IN 1996-saw it on wikipedia and the ref for this material was quoted as.

Not that I've confirmed it yet.

Nenad, I certainly believe, in fact I know, that there's a conspiracy of deceit revolving around NATO'S actions in Kosovo. Still today here in the UK it's accepted and still pushed even in the Imperial War Museums Crimes against Humanity video which is displayed daily that the Nato bombing was to protect the refugees who were being forced out of the country by Serbian Ethnic cleansing. I actually wrote a strong letter of complaint to the War Museum as this is not true, there was no mass exodus of refugees until after the NATO bombing was announced and even then I believe that the Albanians were told to leave by their own people. Why the lies?

The last point I'm sure someone else here can coroborate as I think the KLA actually did a leaflet drop telling them to leave.

After the UCK or KLA achieved their goals in Kosovo they went to Macedonia. My partner's a Slav that lives in Skopje, 8 years ago she had nothing but warm words towards Albanians now she laothes them for the fear that they brought to her country and as a consequence Macedonia must join NATO to try ensure it doesn't get broken up by the UCK as there's no point fighting them because when they did manage to surround them the UN called a truce and shipped the lot out to safety.

I don't believe one of those terrorists was called to justice but instead they have Macedonian police up on war crimes for protecting their country.

Under these circumstances and more I think it's understandable to believe that there's a conspiracy for Balkan territory.

'He is wanted by the Hague Tribunal for alleged crimes against humanity and violating the laws and customs of war, persecution, murder, torture, inhumane acts, deportation and destruction of cities and villages.'

I can't help but find this funny but George Bush and his men have completed all of these.

Any writs going out?

No, this is what happens when an indictee refuses to give himself up. Nothing more. It truly saddens me that people continue to defend alleged perpetrators of extremely grave crimes that are known to have been committed. Yes, Muslims, Croats, Albanians, Montenegrins and Macedonians committed crimes, too, and hopefully the guilty parties surviving amongst those nations will be brought to justice as well. Unfortunately, though, it is unlikely that many of them will, in large part because they continue to be protected -- in many cases worshipped -- by people who would rather focus on the flaws of the Hague tribunal or the crimes committed by another side than see some measure of justice achieved. Say what you want about the UN court, but no justice system is perfect, and one certainly should view a Mladic trial in Serbia, for example, with great apprehension and skepticism. Just so you know, the international community is a lot more interested in other things than conspiring against Serbia. There are actually people outside of the Balkans who just want to see justice done, who aren't interested in promoting one Balkan nation over another. Ask 100 Americans to find Serbia or Croatia on a map in 1991 and probably two could tell you where they were (and I'm not exaggerating). People in the West didn't care about Yugoslavia -- and believe me, most still don't! Many Americans, for instance, are much more keen to see George Bush delivered to the Hague than Ratko Mladic or Radovan Karadzic. Sadly, that will never happen, I'm afraid, and for an entirely different reason: no one here is motivated enough to flood the streets in protest of what America has done in Iraq. And trust me, that same apathy prevents us (and surely many other people around the world) from caring about who the Serbs, Croats or Muslims are. If any of these four remaining fugitives from the Hague would actually be innocent and would have to spend 3-5 years in custody to prove it, too bad for them. But that's a much better fate than that suffered by all the innocent people who were killed, tortured, raped and pillaged in the 1990s Balkans. Such events shouldn't happen in modern warfare (and really, should war even be allowed to happen in the modern world?), but they did, and these guys were in charge. Someone has to answer for that. Oh, and one last thing: these conspiracy theories I read about on here asserting that there was some geopolitical interest in the Balkans on the part of the West are very poorly formulated. The USSR was well on its way to crumbling in 1991 and in any case, Yugoslavia was a non-aligned country who didn't appear to pose much of a threat to anyone outside of its own borders. I would easily wager that, just like ordinary American citizens, most politicians and US foreign policy makers didn't know the first thing about Yugoslavia and weren't really paying attention to it while the Iron Curtain was coming down in 1989 and the Persian Gulf was heating up in 1990. If enough people had known what was about to happen in the Balkans, maybe a serious diplomatic push would have been made to avert war. Then again, probably not, because really, who cared about Yugoslavia? No offense to anyone on this site -- just an honest opinion from someone living outside the realm. And if someone out there can make a serious argument for an anti-Yugoslavia conspiracy then and/or now, then by all means, fire away. I'm not interested in defending either side -- I just want to see facts.

“We are putting up with great pressure from the police and international military forces"

So this is how "justice" will be practiced? Lean so heavy on relatives that the suspected will surrender, nice justice we have here.
This reminds me of the German revenge tactics during second world war, kill 1000 civilians in revenge for every german soldier killed.
