Since the imposition of a political solution by the major powers, I am not sure that 1244 even applies anymore.

For the locals and even for Serbia, the situation is not as envisaged in 1244.

However, 1244 certainly applies to the major powers, because they are the ones breaking it.

Those Albanians killed in 2003 were killed because of attacking
Unmik, Kfor troops and Serbs. Those two killed in Pristina were similar very likely criminals who attacked other Albanians, Kfor-Unmik or Serbs.

Serbs today did not attack Albanians not Kfor nor Unmik.
Please note the difference.

If UNSC 1244 was breached by the brave Serbs today it means that UNSC 1244 is still valid. That also means that the UDI is invalid and illegal (because Kosovo in an integral part of The Republic of Serbia) and so KFOR or UNMIK must immediately arrest all members of EULEX and the illegal KLA provincial government. This is what you get when uneducated people try to "solve" complex matters while they do not know what they are doing.

Maria stop reading Politika.

KFOR and UNMNIK killed 30 albanians in 2004 and less that a year ago other 2 in Pristina in protests much much more calm than these in Mitrovica.

If you continua ti read Politika and RTS we will never reach peace

They wouldnt use force on March 17th 2004 when Albanian mobs were killing Serbian civilians, but now they had to use force and protect this poor building from those fifty dangerous Serbs. You have to understand them. They maintain peace in the world... yeah right!

UNMIK takes instructions from an illegal, separatist organization (KLA) that has breached all conditions set in Resolution 1244. When the Serbs resist. . .they are deemed as violators?!?

There is no bounds to the hypocrisy of these "impartial" organizations.

Serbia. . .the time is overdo to kick all these oppressors out! Let's retain our province and our dignity!

According to UNMIK deputy chief Larry Rossin and KFOR commander Xavier Bout de Marnhac "violence directed at UNMIK police and KFOR personnel, which had re-established control of the Court in a joint operation this morning, is a flagrant breach of UN Security Council resolution 1244".

OK, but then how should we call the use of excessive violence of armed soldiers towards unarmed civilians? It must be .... a war crime (it would certainly be called a war crime by Western leaders if the soldiers were Serbian and the civilians Albanese).

Another flagrant breach of UN Resolution 1244 is that Serb Army has still not been allowed back into the province to protect Serb property. And yet another flagrant breach of the UN Resolution is that UNMIK has overstepped its authority in the province by devising a constitutional framework for the province rather than just a legal one, as required by the UN Resolution.

Can one assume that UNMIK's heads will do the honorable thing and resign? Today if possible.
