Here is Carla trying to be a bit more "balanced" as she aims to secure her legacy. Excuses for not saying these things earlier do not wash.
Too little, too late.

Serbia's views regarding the Hague are a little more complicated than that.

DS wants to 'clear the air' to streamline entry into the EU & would give up Mladic & co.
SRS are opposed to this.
And Both regard NATO's bombing as criminal.

Believe DS faction has condemned publication of del Ponte's book because they feel it jeopardises their chances in some way of extraditing Mladic & co, & not because of actual subject matter of said book.

And given Serbia's already blackened reputation in the US, high-lighting the illegality of NATO's actions can't hurt, although in my opinion, won't do much good either - this happened years ago, & US public has the attention span of a flea.

But every little bit helps.. and would be nice to see some of those NATO generals in the dock being forced to justify the deaths of 500 civilians in their little air war in Serbia - so in this regard, Good luck del Ponte.

Nato commanders try to "minimize civilian casualties" however you sometimes have to compromise civilian safety because the enemy will willingly use them as shields(building a missle launch site next to a city)and if you dont, greater cost of life is paid(when the missle, left undisturbed hits a highly populated city) but you have to keep in mind war is controlled chaos. anyone caught in its action radius(military or civilian) has to accept two facts=1 he may, have to kill to stay alive. and 2 he could die anytime anyplace as long as he is in an area involved in conflict.

p.s.
...war is hell.

Oh! how nice she is. She knew about NATO?US crimes, she admits a pressure from Pentagon and other NATO members and she accept this position to prosecute mostly Serbs. Now when she is out she claim that she will continue investigation.

Mrs. Del Ponte, an American prosecutor whom you well know, Ramsey Clark, has plenty of materials proving NATO crimes and lies. Do you really want to accuse NATO? Go ahead, I’ll send $100 for operation costs. I cannot more.

This is why so-called "rogue" states try to obtain nuclear weapons. If allied, nuclear nations do whatever they please with no consequences and refuse to obey international law, non-nuclear nations conclude that the only way to deal with them is to get their own nuclear "deterrent". This is what pushes the war against terrorism into a war without end.

Just shows how 'victor's justice' works.

If she was so dogged about getting Mladic and Karadzic to the point of holding a whole country ransom; how could she have kept so quiet about the failure of, and obstacles against, fairly trying Nato?

She could have pushed this if she'd wanted - and it's still not too late now.

Mrs Del Ponte I just say that NATO is organization NON GRATA in Serbia and hopefully you will continue with investigation on illegal bombing of Serbia later on. The important information from Serbia you will get when new government is formed. I am sure that the EU and USA puppets in Serbia (read DS et al) were not ready to reveal that information because they couldn’t afford to confront with their masters in Brussels. But after May, hopefully some joint indictment against NATO can take place and I am sure Serbia will support you. I also recommend you to have a word in private (far away from public, and as secretly as possible) with Helen Ranta, a Finnish pathologist who falsified the pathological reports after alleged massacre in Racak. However, I am sure you already know that but it is important to prove that the bombing of Serbia was totally illegal and based on ordered falsified reports.

This information is very disturbing in that all Hagues detainees are being illegally incarcerated. The Hague's string are being pulled by the USA and are completey biased against Serbians only. I am hoping that this information gets published and distributed throughout North Amercia.
p.s.
They said that Milosevic died of natural causes?
