ben,
neocons and cons previously have supported all kinds of thugs, autocrats, dictators and fashists so I do not know why you seem so surprised.

And when will the UNMIK arrest Hashim Thaci for the police murders at the railroad crossing in Glogovac in -93?

Or are those forgotten now that he is a "prime minister"...

Putting people on trial for "war crimes" is suppose to help heal the scares of war. I ask, does this help the healing process or just perpetuate the pain and deepen the wounds? Isn't war a crime in of itself?

On a contrary, these undertakings to name, imprison and judgment of suspicious persons for war crimes are contribution for return processes, peacebuilding and reconciliation.
Other interpretation of these measurements shows obstructive intentions and approach of parties involved in distressing happenings of last decades in different areas of ex-Yu.
Everybody must be equal in a front of law, especially in such sensitive historical moments...
Good luck to war crime huntsmen...

Jovanovich has a right to come back at his home, but he as everybody is not beyond the Law

Vuk now you are saying that neocons (you know what it is?) are supporting Al Qaeda?

Crveni Vuk,

the German intelligence know as does the rest of the EU and US how ill-principled thay have been

"The IEP accuses Washington of being involved in helping criminals to flee, "sometimes openly" hindering European investigations into war crimes and training former KLA fighters -- an "obvious" breach of the UN resolution."

Which is why this will all come to a disastrous end for those who push a fool's folly!

Would you look at that, a man goes to visit a graveyard and he gets arrested. They don't even mention on what charges he was brought in. And at the same time, known supporters and leaders of the KLA (which was, by the way, one of the first organizations to have ties with Al Qaeda) are sitting in a parliament and being supported by America. That just shows what kind of democracy we have today. In case anyone think's that I'm saying that the Serbs did no harm, I want you to know that there were atrocities on both sides, I just think it's unfair that only one side gets punished.
