The use of the word "yet" shouldnt make you happy. It should make you concerned.
As for your anti-Greek mumblling.... Greek might be an "inventive" language. This way words like 'demokratia' were made up to be easier for the outsiders to understand, since they cant feel the essence of democracy itself :)

"Lets see now. Greece, Cyprus, Spain, Canada, Czech, Hungary, Japan, N.Zealand, Portugal even the puppet state of occupied N.Cyprus havent recognised Kosovo yet."

Yes, not YET. so we'll see, maybe they are not as bad as I think hehe ;)
however I have mentioned the my "favorite" countries that match the criteria.

"*** (this is for another thread but its intersting: Actually the name Kosovo and not Kosova, doesnt come from the slavic root kos (for the bird) but from the Greek word "kossyfas" (mentioned in ancient greek scripts and plays) which is the name of the same bird in Greek language. We call the area "Kossyfopedio" meaning plains of kossyfs and thats how the name of the area derived. So you see, even the name isnt albanian, let alone the rest...)*** "

i know that the word "demokratia" is a greek word but unfortunately history has proved that greece is good ONLY in inventing words.

So returning to the first paragraph, all those mentioned countries are not democratical, have minorities issues, are really poor and not stable politically.
I am thrilled to learn that Japanese Inu people struggle for their independance, Cyprus is a poor country and Greece and Canada arent stable.
Thank you for those interesting info. :)

Of course FRYM will recognize "Kosova". They don't have any other choice. If they don't recognize, US friends will let lose friendly Albanian minority and shooting will start again. Remember last time, American advisers among Albanian terrorists, American pressure on Ukraine to stop selling weapons to FRYM …?

You should stay in federation with Serbia, that would give you better chances of survival, despite everything.

I think Macedonia will recognize Kosova soon. All democratic countries have done so, all countries that want peace and prosperity in Europe and worldwide have recognized and will in near future. All those countries where there is no democracy, no political pluralism, no freedom of speech, where minorities are oppessed, and territories unlawfully occupied, of course these contires will not recognize Kosova as an independant state. We can start with Russia-killing journalists, sabotaged elections and many other things, then Serbia- killing their best politicians like Dindic, trying to innvade other territories (all those wars were started by Serbia)and many other things, 3. China - Oh God, everybody knows about how chinise people are treated by their government and how "liberal" they are, ah then Rumania- fortunately I had a friend from Rumania, went there saw how they live, the fear and poverty reign in that country. But they made it in EU??!?!God knows why....
I hope Spain will sober up and reconsider it's decision.

Macedonia is in a very complex situation because they are in the same situation demographically as Kosovo was in the past and they know that they are next.

Gjipeja that sounds like a threat. Do as well tell you or you're next.

Good to see that the way Albanians do business has not changed.

To the 'genius' "gjijpeja"
There are no 30% albanians in Macedonia. There are not 25% albanians. This number of 25% was forced on us by the US and EU. Practically, they invented it. We are not allowed to hold a census by the EU.
In the last census, a small village of 200 people (I have weekend house there) was listed as 700 albanians!????
In that village there are 0 albanians, but the fabricated census says 700.
In Macedonia there are maximum of 10% albanians (most of them are illegally from Kosovo) who are slowly but surely being kicked out from Macedonia. If Macedonia gets admitted to NATO, watch the number of albanians in Macedonia to dramatically dwindle.

Well when you say "Macedonia" you have to consider the large albanian population and their will. So at least 30% of Macedonia is ready to recognize Kosovo. Watch out because governments may fall if they don't comply to some albanian requests... i bet 1 euro that withing this summer Macedonia will recognize...

Dan

It's obvious the Macedonians aren't interested in recognizing Kosovo that's why they are holding out. It's the European Union and the Albanians who are pressuring Macedonia to do this.
