Why would they expect Mladic to show up now?
(ZK UK, 11 March 2008 11:41)

Well, he actually could.... as a president or PM - if EU continues to act the same way.

EU needs better carrots now. If they react as they did in the past, the worst-case scenario will happen. Maybe EU has some carrots, but now someone else has the "stick" and it's called "SRS".

Otherwise: if foreign countries keep continuing to influence Serbian elections, Serbia should try to influence American elections. For beginners: how about these Ratko Mladic photos shaking hand with McCain and Karadzic-HRC bedroom stories?

Otherwise while I am rather leaning towards strong EU-Serbia relations, it's very funny to see these EU politicians now becoming so desperate. Didn't they assisted US State Dept. to cook the foul soup few weeks ago what they have to eat now? They expected... what?!?

Luxembourg Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn, however, said that the aim was for UNMIK to withdraw from Kosovo on June 14,

RE: Vidovdan-June 29, 2009

Serbs have celebrated Vidovdan or St. Vitus day for centuries ever since the battle of Kosovo in 1389 in the field of blackbirds and will continue to do so after 1999.

Zoran Djindjic and his European proxies foolishly arrested Milosevic on June 28-2001.

Archduke Ferdinand was shot on June 28, 1914 on Vidovdan, St. Vitus Day.

Belgrade was relieved from the Austro Hungarian invasion of Serbia on June 29, 1915 and sent Poitorek and his army flying back to Vienna.

It would certainly not be a good choice for UNMIK and the UN which are bound under UN resolution 1244 to leave on near such a provocative date.

Kosovo can not sign an SAA before ALL EU members have recognized Kosovo, it's not an majority vote in the EU, it's an CONSENCUS vote, meaning ALL members have to vote yes or no deal.

And as it stands now, 5 members do not recognize Kosovo (hell even Bosnia doesn't recogniz kosovo).
Therefor an SAA for Kosovo will not happen for an LONG LONG time.

ANd then there is the small problem that the majority citizens off the EU members states don't want more members in the EU.

What nonsense and double talk comes from these EU talking heads that go on forever nauseatingly.“the new Serbian government would begin talks with the EU with full legitimacy on how Serbia should continue the association process with its province, Kosovo.“ Sure legitimacy for the EUs illegal mission their will be no talks only dictates coming from Brussels on how fast they are implemented like yesterday by Serbia if the SAA is signed. Or open itself to the danger of self-isolation.“ That is a threat coming if Serbia dos not comply with Brussels demands and self serving hypocritical policy. The EU is not the hole world and a quite a few members of EU don't agree with the talking heads in Brussels they hypocritically try to put up a pretense that it is unanimous on their part which is not and Serbia is making them sweat. Serbia is making Brussels concerningly worried by exposing their divisions and law breaking of their many hippocrates's and how long they can keep up this charade before it all collapses and the finger pointing starts.

It seems to me that the bag of carrots beign offered by the EU are expired. I thought that the Kosovo UDI was a unique case, one of a kind. Therefore Serbia's ascension to the EU should be one of a kind as well and maybe Serbia should be given full membership status immediately. Then after Serbis's elections we can review the results and determine if Serbia is on the correct path. Otherwise, this rotten bag of carrots will leave a bad taste in Serbia's mouth for a long long time. After all unique cases require unique and favourable measures.

If the necessary conditions are met, the SAA could be concluded between Serbia and the EU, said Rupel after the end of the meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels. In that event, “the new Serbian government would begin talks with the EU with full legitimacy on how Serbia should continue the association process with its province, Kosovo.“

-So, this basically means, at least according to Rupel, the EU seems to still treat Kosovo as Serbian province. Rupel was either to fast with his thoughts or he admits that Kosovo is puppet NATO state.

In addition, as I said yesterday they already began with the offers of smelly and juicy carrots, just to persuade Serbs choosing pro-European leaders. Furthermore, if Serbia rejects these carrots the EU threats us with isolation. I just wonder what isolation they are talking about. Does that mean that “democratic” Europe is going to punish Serbia by isolating her if Serbia dares to reject the EU carrots? Soon after the elections, if Serbia again chose pro-European leaders, the EU will however, forget their sweet promises. This has been seen many times in the past. Anyway, I do not fall for that any longer, especially not after the EU supported (or most of the EU members) Kosovo’s UDI. I want my country intact and that is my priority.

So they are talking about negotiations regarding Serbia's province of Kosovo. Though that may be, it doesn't sound very convincing coming from Rupel.

All parties are pro-EU and the only way the Serbian province of Kosovo enters with Serbia is if DS lose. Who in their right mind would impose self-isolation? I can't see any parties or politicians calling for such nonsense.

Hopefully the Serbian people are awake to the spin coming from the EU after the last election. They must force the EU to accept Kosovo as a province of Serbia.

Also, nothing has changes in terms of offers. The political agreement and the SAA have always been there. The conditions have not changed either. Why would they expect Mladic to show up now?

I am convinced, Serbs all over the world will oppose this fact, because it is said by an Slovanian politician.

I understand, that it must hurt Serbian people to see, what states like Slovenia could achieve inside the EU in such a short period of time.

I am happy, that now ALL citzens of SERBIA must discuss, where they ended up and how they can get out of this one way situation.
