Well this just confirms that the Hague was designed and dedicated to systematically dismantle Serbia. The Serbs have been targeted and demonized and all the while Carla had time to write a book. The best part is that court trials are currently proceeding and Serbia's National Interests are still being defended, but Carla wants the right to distribute her book. I wonder when the Movie rights will be released to Hollywood?

and to also make a profit doing so. When is the Hague going to charge the US Administration for their part.

Well, the Serbs are once again trying to make fool of the world. They ask for the publication of the book to be postponed until "more suitable times", as if implying that there is an operation under way to arrest Mladic and that the book can hinder it. When the book is published, they will have another excuse to say that they were doing all their best, but the book wasted all their efforts. The truth is, Serbia is protecting Mladic, the book is very embarassing as it will show all the lies and the games played by Serbian authorities, and they don't want it published, so that they can keep playing with the world until the Tribunal shuts down.

1) ICJ - The International Court of Justice was established in 1945. It is the primary and permanent judicial organ of the United Nations.

This is where the case of Nicaragua v. United States was tried.

2) ICTY - International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. It is an ad-hoc court and was established in 1993.

Del Ponte was a prosecutor in the ICTY until 2008.

3) ICC - The International Criminal Court. It is a permament tribunal established in 2002 to prosecute individuals for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression.

The ICC is not recognized by USA and Israel (among others) because they fear that their soldiers might be unfairly prosecuted here.
