UNMIK has to approve the EULEX mission as UNMIK is the highest authority in Kosovo, and UNMIK has to have SC approval in order to make such decission.

So no SC agreement -> no UNMIK agreement = NO EULEX mission.

UNMIK can still at any time remove youre 'government' if it wishes, this can be done with ease as UNMIK has the authority to nullify any decision made by the kosovar's even if it was the outcome off an referendum.

Get with reality, you are not in charge, the UN is still in charge in Kosovo.

EU has made it very clear that they are not taking over the mission from UNMIK. EU mission has nothing to do with UNMIK. They will be here to help Kosova on developments of ;Police,Justice and Customs and that is all Vladimir.
